Achu, Cameroon Spice Mix for 'Taro Yellow Soup'

Achu spice is a Cameroonian spice blend consisting of various African spices including 
Esese, Pebe, and hot peppers.

Use it to cook Achu soup (Sauce jaune), which is a traditional dish from western Cameroon.
 This soup is served with pounded cocoyam also call Taro.
It is most often enjoyed during major ceremonies.
