Amalaki (Amla) also known as ‘Indian Gooseberry’, boosts immunity, improve digestion and elimination, nourish and strengthen the body. It is used to improve the health of the blood, liver, and skin, promotes hair growth, improve eyesight, cures sore throat & cold.*
Uses: Wash and soak 3tsp dried fruit overnight. Next morning mash and squeeze the soaked fruit & strain the concentrated juice. Add 2tsp of this juice in a cup of fresh water, drink with honey every morning or after meals for a few months or rinse your hair with it.
