Barbacoa is an authentic slow-cooked Meat dish that has deep roots in indigenous Mexican country's cuisine. Traditionally made with beef, goat or lamb, commonly with beef cheeks, chuck roast or brisket.

Barbacoa seasoning blend intensify and meld together through slow cooking, resulting in tender meat that melt-in-the-mouth with a rich, smoky, slightly spicy, and savory flavor profile, and then shredded for tacos, burritos, and others.

Ing: Dried chiles, Tomato powder, Spices, Onion, Salt, Apple cider vinegar powder, Garlic, Lime juice powder (Maltodextrin, lime juice).

Suggested Uses:

Eat barbacoa meat simply over rice, or use to make some of favorite tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls or nachos.

To use as a dry rub: Rub all sides of meat with the seasoning mix. Cook as desired.

To use barbacoa seasoning as a marinade: 
Combine 1 tbsp seasoning per pound of meat with 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup apple cider or juice.
