Rub has the perfect amount of natural hickory
smoke flavoring added with other spices, making
it perfect companion for grilling, baking or
roasting. This rub seasoning gives true authentic
Texan BBQ taste & bold flavor to all kinds of
meats and sauces including brisket, turkey,
chicken, lamb, steak, ribs and more.
Generously sprinkle onto both sides of the meat
and rub, then cover with plastic, refrigerate
for 3-12 hrs before grilling, bake or roasting.
Use 1 to 1.5 tbsp dry rub per pound of meat.
