Bistro Mushroom Blend is a combination of
Irregularly shaped and sized caps and sliced
mushroom varieties, taking the best umami
flavorsand textures and incorporating them
into one cohesive blend, for adding premium
mushroom flavor to a recipe with
consistency and ease.
To rehydrate : Rinse under cold running water, in a
bowl bowl, cover with boiling water and soak for
15 - 20 min., agitating occasionally, alternatively
drain and rinse, then add directly to any recipe,
andcook for at least 25 minutes.
