Baby Chickpeas are tiny, fairly smooth, almost perfectly round garbanzo beans. When properly cooked, it has tender softness, with a delicious nutty taste. Also excellent in soups, salads and side dishes. Roast the Chickpeas to make a healthy snack. When mashed, it have smooth and creamy texture, used for hummus-based dishes.
Basic preparation: Wash, rinse & soak overnight. Add 4 Cups of water / Cup of Bean, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 60-90 minutes or until desired tenderness (add more water as needed).
