the dried skins (husk) and pulp of coffee  cherries.  Dried cascara is ground into a fine 
powder to create the flour. 
Highly nutritious, only mildly caffeinated, has a unique, smooth flavor with floral or 
citrus notes. Coffee flour does not taste like coffee.
Used in baking and cooking as a substitute for regular flour, adding a unique flavor and
 nutrients to recipes.
