Creole seasoning is the perfect combination of Southern flavors, influenced by French, 
Spanish & Southern cultures. Creole seasoning offers heavy on deliciously flavored herbs than pepper that used in Cajun seasoning. Perfect for seasoning favorite Creole dishes like gumbo, catfish, crawfish, oysters, or any cut of meat, chicken. Also excellent for seasoning rice, beans & grains, soups & salads.

Ingredients:
Paprika, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Thyme, Oregano, Black Pepper, Onion, Cayenne Pepper, Basil, Rosemary.

Simple Recipe to make Creole Style Chicken:

Rub 2tsp ‘Creole Seasoning’ over 2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Melt 2tbsp butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken & cook until browned. Remove chicken & set aside.
Add ½ each thinly sliced green and red bell pepper, 1 thinly sliced onion into same skillet, stir until crisp tender. Add 1 cup water and 1 diced tomato, bring to boil. Put the chicken breast, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is tender & cooked through. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving over cooked rice.
