Cuban Seasoning
Cuban Seasoning is a Caribbean inspired blend of herbs and spices, used in savory, aromatic, citrusy yet earthy flavored Cuban dishes.
Used to season Cuban inspired meat, seafood, or vegetables dishes and soups. Also used as a dry rub on meat, chicken before grilling, or to create Cuban sandwiches, mojo sauce, rice & beans or Cuban influenced marinade or as a base for many Cuban and Caribbean recipes. 

Mix Cuban Seasoning with tomato sauce to make a delicious salsa to serve with tacos and tamales.
Ingredients:
Onion, Oregano, Cumin, Garlic, Red & Green Bell Pepper, Orange Peel, Citric Acid, Red Chili Pepper.

Cuban Style Grilled Chicken Recipe:


Season 3lb cut chicken pcs with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Make marinade in a blender with 1tsp salt, 1/4tsp pepper, 2-3tsp Cuban seasoning, ½ cup lime juices, 3 garlic cloves, until smooth. Pour over chicken and top with 1 pc onion slices. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight.
Heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-low heat. Grill, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 30-40 minutes. Serve with lightly charred grilled onion slices.
