Donut Sugar is specially developed extremely fine snow white topping sugar powder with a wonderful flavor, designed to withstand heat so it won't melt or dissolve on baked items.

This super fine confectioner’s style powdered sugar add an extra touch of sweetness to fresh baked donuts /doughnut. Also used in pastries, fruit tarts, cakes, cookies, a top icing or whipped cream.

Don't use on hot pastries.
