Dukkah (Duqqa or du'ah) is a warm & aromatic Egyptian style spice blend of toasted nuts, seeds & spices. Dukkah is served as a dip for bread where extra virgin olive oil dabbed bread is dipped in ‘Dukkah Mix’ and eaten as appetizer.
Dukkah also can be sprinkled on toasted bread or muffins, roasted vegetables, pasta, feta cheese, soups, yogurt or fruit salads.
