AKA 'Egyptian Baharat'
Egyptian Spice Mix (Baharat) is a delicate mild spice blend popular in Egyptian and North
 African cuisines, offers warm, sweet, spicy and aromatic flavor profile. Adds depth of 
flavor to sautéed vegetables, hearty soups, salads and stews, enhances the flavor of 
couscous, beans and rice dishes, season lamb, beef, and poultry before grilling. 


Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Rose Buds, Ginger, Allspice, Cloves, Black Pepper.

Recipe to prepare grilled chicken:
Mix 2tbsp yogurt, 2tspsalt, 2tsp Egyptian spice mix, 2tsp lemon juice and 2tsp vinegar in a large bowl. Put 2 pcs chicken breast cubed into bowl, mix, cover and refrigerate. After 2-3 hours thread the chicken cubes on to skewers alternating with chopped onion.
Place skewers on preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken cubes reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and serve garnished with tomato slices, green pepper rings, onion rings and mint.
