Emarati (Bezaar / Bzar) Spice Blend 

Emarati / Bezaar (Bzar) spice blend is an integral part and plays a key role in the essence of Emirati (Arabia-Persian) dishes. Used to season meat, fish, veggies or blend with ghee/butter and drizzle over soups, stews. Popularly used in chicken machboos (traditional rice delicacy dish in UAE), lamb ghouzi (a slow cooked lamb served on bed of rice), Tahta (spiced chicken, shrimp or vegetables served under saffron rice) or to season Instant Pot biryani, or use as a spread on pita bread.

Ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Coriander, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cloves, Mace, Fennel, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Ginger, Chili peppers.
