Mildly Seasoned Meatless Delight
Ingredients: Fava Beans, Garbanzo beans, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Baking Powder, Dehydrated Parsley, Corn Oil, Spices, Wheat flour.
Direction to Prepare Falafel Ball/patties:Mix in 1 cup 'Dry Falafel Mix' with 1/2 tsp 'Spice mix for falafel' & add 3/4-1 cup water to make a dough, let stand 30-60 minutes, then form patties into a falafel-mould or shape into 1-11/2 in balls. Deep fry in hot oil or Bake until Falafel balls are crisp & golden brown evenly. Serve hot in Pita Bread, garnish with lettuce. Tomatoes, Pickle, top with hot sauce and or tahini sauce.
