French Gourmet Blend

This Gourmet Rice Blend is a flavorful & earthy mix of Himalayan red rice, brown rice, French lentils and earthy dried wild mushrooms.

When cooked it provide a flavor that is earthy, deep and mellow. Perfect for as a side dish or use as stuffing for chicken.

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a sauce pan add 1 3/4cups of water or broth / Cup rice, salt to taste.


2. Bring to a soft boil, lower the heat, cover with lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes or grain are soft but not sticky.


3. Turn off the heat, let the rice steamed in the covered pot at least another 5 minutes or until the rice has absorbed the liquid.


4. Fluff with fork and ready to serve.

One cup of rice will yield: 2 1/2 cups of cooked rice.
