French Yellow Clay is made up of fine mineral particles and iron oxides which determine its color. It contains iron, but no aluminum. It is a very mild clay that can be used on dry or sensitive skin, as a facial or in bathwater.

For facial mask: Mix 1 oz of clay to 3 tbsp of water, may add (opt)1 tsp of jojoba oil and 2 drops each of orange and tangerine essential oils to form a paste. Apply a thin layer to the skin and leave for about 10 min. and wash off with warm water.
