Gingerbread Spice Mix

This earthy spice mix is heavily spiced with ginger and other warm, aromatic blend of spices to flavor a typical category of baked goods from crispy cookies to soft moist loaf cake, bundt cakes, pancakes, waffles, muffins, lattes, fudge, scones, and even ice cream to give a gingerbread flavor.

Suggested Usage:
For Two 8" round cake - 5 tsp,

For 2-3 dozen standard cookies - 4tsp,

For a dozen pancakes, muffins or waffles - 2-3 tsp to batter.
