This all natural brown cane sugar is extracted from sugar cane. Processed further to remove a large amount of its moisture content, producing a granulated, free flowing light golden sugar, rather than moist and clumpy.

It has a mild molasses flavor in addition to the natural sweetness of crystalline sucrose. Mainly used in baked goods such as cakes and cookies, and as a flavoring agent in foods, barbecue sauces and seasoning rubs.

The complex flavor, with a tinge of molasses,adds a subtle richness to foods.
