Grape sugar crystals are blended grape fructose and crystallized grape dextrose produced from pure grape juice concentrate. Through an enzymatic process the sugars present in the
grape juice break down into glucose. Then by centrifugation process where glucose is
allowed to form fine crystals and then dried to remove any remaining moisture, resulting
in pure grape sugar (dextrose).
This crystalline powder has sweet & fruity flavor and aroma.
