BBQ Rub


This New Orleans BBQ rub is for the true Cajun lovers. It has a southern flair, a complex & concentrated flavors that will jazz up anything that goes on the grill. Brings the sublime heat of New Orleans to grilled chicken, duck, meat, catfish or shrimp.


Ingredients:


Sweet Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Black Pepper, Onion, Thyme, Oregano, Sea salt, Cayenne, Ancho chili powder.


Recipe to grill Rib:


Remove the membrane from 4-5lb ribs, dry them with a paper towel and then rub 3tbsp BBQ Rub Seasoning evenly over both side, Store the ribs in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Set up the grill for indirect heating. (Don’t place them directly over the flames). Preheat the grill to medium heat (225°-250°F), cook the rib approximately for 2 hours, turning and rotating occasionally. Brushwith New Orleans barbecue sauce onto the ribs, and grill cook (turning and brushing occasionally) for another 20-30 minutes or grill until ribs are brown and well done. Meat temp should around 180-190.
