Honeybush is South African flowering bush. Taste similar to Rooibos but a little sweeter.,The flavor is floral and lightly roasted with a taste and aroma similar to honey.

Traditionally used as a relaxing tea & also used for treating cough, & fight of feeling pain & discomfort in the digestive system.

To make Tea: Pour a cup warm (194/205°F) water over 1/2 tbsp tea, steep for 5/7 min strain & drink. Maybe served with a dash of milk, & may add honey.
