Kenyan teas are similar to Assam, has rich, full bodied flavor, distinct bright color and aromatic flavor. Creates a richer infusion and are superb as breakfast teas, often drunk plain with a heaping spoonful of sugar "African style.
To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2t sp tea, pour a cup of hot water (194-205°F), steep for 2-3 minutes (For stronger tea increase the steeping time), strain & serve with sugar or a sweetener of your choice. Can be served with a dash of milk.
