India and Asia, produces long, light green fragrant leaf, yielding a complex, lemony
and sweetly floral flavor.
It is popular in many Indian, Asian & South  East Asian cuisines for both sweet and
savory foods and beverages.

Suggested Uses:

Commonly used to make herbal teas and other drinks. Also used in soups, sauces, marinades, stews, curries, stir-fries, and vegetable or rice dishes. Leaves are removed before serving.
