Mole Spice blend is an easy way to make mole, a tasty & spicy Mexican signature sauce. Has earthy, nutty, with noticeable fruitiness and hints of chocolate flavor.

Served with tortillas, rice, served over beef, poultry, seafood, over enchiladas or as filling for tamales, empanadas or add to chili or add to chocolate cake or brownie batter before baking.

Mole pastes Recipe: Mix 3/4 cup of Mole seasoning with 1/4 broth and 1/4 cup water.

Ingredients: Ancho, sea salt, Pasillas chili, chipotle chili, turbinado sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and citric acids.
