Yellow Mustard seed powder is made by grinding dried yellow mustard seeds into a
fine powder. Yellow mustard seed powder is quite pungent in flavor, and has a sharp mildly spicy aroma- earthy, and bold. Soaking in water will also bring out the full flavors.

Suggested Uses:

Primarily used worldwide as a key ingredient in many homemade condiments, sauces,
as a culinary spice and in seasoning blends. It adds a piquant bite to many regional
dishes.
To make Mustard Sauce: Mix 1/4 cup powder with 2tbsp cold water until well blended.
