evergreen tree, has an astringent and slightly bitter taste, earthy and a hot potency.
Nagkesar is used as a versatile spice and also has many healthcare benefits.
Nagkesar oil is used for famous 'Nag Champa'fragrance.

Suggested Uses:

Nagkesar add a unique flavor and aroma to wide range of dishes, including curries, stews,
and marinades. Often used in spice blends, teas, and as a flavoring agent in desserts.
Due to its strong aroma, a slight access of Nagkesar spice, can suppress the other flavors.

Grind Nagkesar to make very fine powder, take 1tsp with warm water, butter or curd, twice a day.
