‘Beau Monde (Wonderful World) is a classic blend, popular since 1960's, is a great rub &
seasoning mix for poultry, fish, roasted meats & vegetables. Also, will enhance the flavor of
virtually any savory dish. It adds mild nutty flavors to soups, stews, dips, meat, fish and
vegetable dishes. Also enhance the flavor of your favorite sauce and salad dressing.
Add 1-2 tsp seasoning per pound of meat.
Ingredients:
Black & White Pepper, Cloves, Celery Salt, Bay Leaf, Allspice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace.
Make a dip by adding to your mayonnaise or sour cream.
To make beau monde chip and veggie dip;
Mix in 1-1/2 teaspoons Beau Monde seasoning in 8-ounce package softened cream cheese, add 2 to 3 tablespoons whole milk, 1/3 cup minced onion and salt to taste.
