1. In a large sauce pan add 3 cups of water with
1 Cup of washed & rinsed rice, add 1/3 tsp salt (optional)
2. Stir lightly, bring to a rolling boil, lower the heat, cover
with lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, let the rice steamed in the covered
pot at least another 5 minutes or until the rice has absorbs
all the liquid.
4. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
1 Cup of Rice will yield: 3 cups of cooked rice
