Silver Needles is kind of White Tea, one of the highest grades and less processed tea leaves and buds, gathered in early spring. It brews to light apricot color, & the flavor is fragrant exquisite, relaxing,very refreshing, mellow and sweet.
To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot 80 °C (180°F) water over 1-2 tsp white tea, and steep for 3-5 min. Strain and serve.
