This golden or yellow soybean (soya beans) area versatile legume native to East Asia, and a nutritional powerhouse contain 45% protein and 30% carbohydrate. When cooked, have a nutty flavor and firm texture. Soybeans can be boiled, baked, sprouted or cooked, used as side dish, in soups, sauces, casseroles and stews.

Basic preparation: Wash, rise & soak overnight. Add 3 Cups of water / Cup of Bean, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 60-90 minutes or until tender (add more water as needed). 

Yield: 3 cups of cooked beans / Cup of dry beans
