This all-purpose Spanish seasoning is used in many Spanish inspired recipes. Mostly in rice recipes and all grilled meats, poultry and shrimps.

Ingredients:
Spanish paprika, Black pepper, Corn meal, Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Cayenne pepper, Thyme, Oregano.

Suggested uses:
Blend with olive oil, wine vinegar and garlic to make marinade to flavor grilled meat or poultry dishes. To penetrate the flavor to the meat, let it rest in the marinade for a few hours prior to grilling.

Simple recipe to cook Spanish style rice:
Melt 1tbsp butter in a cooking pot, stir 2 cups washed long grain rice, 1/3 cup diced jalapeno, 1/3 cup diced green onion, and 1 clove crushed garlic. Add 1tbsp seasoning mix, stir and mix well for a couple of minutes. Add 2 1/2cups chicken stock and ½ cup crushed tomato, salt to taste, stir and bring to a boil. Cover & simmer in a low heat for 20 minutes. Turn heat off and leave pot covered 10-15 minutes. Remove cover and fluff rice with a fork & serve.
