Dutch Speculaas, Baking Spice Mix

This lovely combination of rich exotic aromatic blend of spices has sweet & warm flavors, to make traditional crisp Speculaas cookies (or biscuits) that originated in the Netherlands. Also can be added to pancake or waffle batter, sprinkled on ice cream. stirred into coffee or hot chocolate.
Suggested usage: To make cookie dough  
Use approx. 1 1/2 tablespoons speculaas spice to 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour along with butter, baking soda and vanilla extract.
Ingredients: Cinnamon Nutmeg, Cloves, Anise, White Pepper, Coriander, Ginger, Cardamom, Mace, Orange Peel
