Szechuan Seasoning is a aromatic & fiery blend of spices that create a bold, savory, and complex flavor profile to Szechuan cuisines. This blend adds a wonderful taste-bud-tingling peppery citrus-like flavor from Sichuan Peppercorns.
Blend upgrade instant flavor to rice or noodle dishes. Works well as a marinade or rub for meats and seafood. Mixed with oil or vinegar cocreate a flavorful dipping sauce. Add a pungent, savory depth and complex flavor into broths.

Ingredients:
Szechuan Peppercorn, Crushed Red Pepper, Sesame Seed, Green Bell Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Chives, Lemon grass, Brown Sugar, Salt.

Recipe to make Indo-Chinese style Szechuan Chicken:
In a bowl mix in 1tbsp soya sauce, 1/2tbsp vinegar, 2tbsp corn starch, and salt to taste. Add 1lb boneless chicken cubes in the bowl to marinade for 15-25 minutes. In a pan add 1tbsp sesame oil, add sauté 1 thinly sliced onion until soft. Add 1-2tbsp Szechuan Seasoning, stir, add 2-3 tsp red chili sauce, 1tbsp soya sauce, ½ tbsp vinegar and salt to taste. Add the marinated chicken, stir and cook until tender, and the sauce get thick enough (may add 1-2tbsp ware if needed).
Serve the Szechuan Chicken in a plate garnish with green spring onion.
