Facing Heaven Chili Peppers (Chao Tian Jiao) are grown in Szechuan province, China. They 
are grown pointing to the sky in the plant. It is one of the most famous chili peppers used 
in Sichuan cuisine.Chili pods have a good pungency with moderate heat label and a rich 
fruity flavor, and widely used in Szechuan cuisines. Use them whole in stir-fries, 
simmered in sauces, soups and stews.
