Tagar is a hairy perennial herb used Ayurvedic medicine systim for sleeplessness, anxiety, headaches, migraine, joint pain, rheumatic pain, cramps etc.

*Suggested Uses: Take 1 tsp root in 1 cup of hot water, steep for 10-15 minutes strain & drink 2 times a day. Do not take more than 4 weeks at a time.
