This deliciously authentic salt free, spice blend will add characteristic citrusy and herbaceous, with bold aromatic and spicy flavors of Thai cuisine. 
This versatile blend is easy to add authentic Thai flavors with just a few shakes or sprinkles. Will add robust Thai savory twist to seafood, rice, stir-fry or noodle dishes. Season flash-
fried vegetables, use as a rub on chicken or fish, make a great flavor base for Thai-style
 marinades, dipping sauce and soup stocks. 

Ingredients:
Garlic, onion, paprika, lemon, coriander,  
cayenne, white pepper, basil, lemongrass and cilantro.

Simple Recipe to prepare Thai style tofu:
In a wok, heat 1tbsp vegetable oil on medium-high heat, add 1/2 medium diced onion, 4 diced sweet peppers, 1 parsnip peeled and diced, and 8 ounces can water chestnuts. Stir-fry until vegetables soften, about 8-10 min, keep aside in a bowl. In the same wok, heat 3bsp oil and 3tsp soy sauce on medium high, add 1-2tbsp Thai seasoning, salt to taste and 1lb pound extra-firm diced tofu.
Fry tofu until golden brown, 4-6 min. per side. Add tofu to the veggie mixture. Serve on a stuff lettuce leaves and garnish with sprouts, sliced cucumber & carrots.
