Calming & Balancing Tea

Vata Tea will help create an all-natural calming effect on the mind & body, help your whirling mind settle down & your body relax. It helps to keep the body in balance and harmony.

Ingredients: Chamomile, saffron, licorice, ginger root,fennel seeds, rosebuds, spearmint, rose hips, lemon grass, tulsi (holy basil) natural orange flavor.

To make tea: Put 1-2tsp tea in a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5 min.strain, & drink 1/2 times a day.
