'Indian Sabji Ka Masala'

Vegetable Masala is great blend of aromatic spices, makes a convenient base for rich, 
comforting, creamy and hearty curry sauce for cooking variety of vegetable dishes (Sabji) in Indian cuisine. 
This masala blend enhances the flavor of vegetable dishes, give aromatic kick, warm-
spicy taste and earthy-savory flavor.

Suggested Uses:
Use 1 ½-2tbsp masala per pound of vegetable.

Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Cilantro, Paprika, Cardamom, Red Chili.

Simple recipe to prepare Indian style vegetable curry:
Add 2tbsp oil to a heated pan, stir fry 1 small, chopped onion until translucent. Add 2tbsp ‘Vegetable Curry Masala’, add little water if needed, stir, add 1lb cut pieces of Vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add I cup of broth or water, and salt to taste. Bring to boil, cover & simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft & tender, serve steaming hot in a plate with basmati rice or flat bread.
