Yam flour( Elubo) is a dried & powdered starchy tuber yam root, mostly cultivated and harvested in West Africa It is rich in vitamin C, diatery fiber, nutrients and vitamins. It's flavors range from bland to earthy, slightly smoky in taste, or nutty and only moderately sweet.

This Flour is commonly used in African dishes,such as 'Amala'. Yam powder is easy to combine with other mixed powder and can be added into porridge, milk and juice for added flavor.
