At Kalustyan's, we take pride in the quality of our specialty spices and fine foods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange for non-perishable items.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not classified as perishable goods, which are ineligible for return due to food safety regulations.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products with a copy of your invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
