Cheddar Cheese powder is dehydrated cheese. made by taking the moisture out of cheddar and blue cheese (2lbs cheese makes 1lb powder), colored by food coloring.
It has deliciously cheesy taste and a velvety smooth, rich flavor.

Perfect for flavoring snack foods like pretzels, chips and popcorn. Blend into sauces and soups to give an extra cheesy flavor or simply add to your favorite dip.

Usage: 1/2 cup powder to 3 tbsp milk and 1 tsp butter.
