This Marschall M-50 microbial rennet is derived from certain microorganisms (fungi, molds, and yeasts), that provide the necessary enzymes needed for coagulation.
A single tablet can clot 50 liters (13 gallons) of milk. Yield: 1/2 tablet will set 2 gallons of milk in 45 min approx.
Direction: Dissolve tablet in glass of water, add 2-3tsp salt, stir, add the solution in warmed milk at 89-95 deg F, stir for 2-3min, allow to rest until completely coagulated.
