Pure-Cote B790 is a modified food starch produced from corn, forms a clear, flexible with a crispy glass-like coating at room temperature, without requiring cooking.

Used as a strong binder for seasonings on snacks and cereals, and glossy coating for confections and baked goods. It can be used to form fruit leather.

Pure-cote B790 usage: About 10 to 15%by weight. Mix thoroughly in a blender until you obtain a uniform solution with no lumps.
