Couscous Spice Mix

with Couscous grain, a tiny golden pellet, made of semolina grain flour, and is a staple
food throughout the North African & Moroccan cuisines.

Cover and turn the heat to low, cooking for 8-10 minutes, until liquid dry out and couscous is tender.
Lightly fluff the couscous with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well and adjust seasoning to taste.
