Taurine is a semi-essential sulfur amino acid, used by bodybuilders and other athletes for muscle maintenance, and to improve physical performance. It is involved in reducing muscle fatigue and acts as a cell volumizer, drawing water into the muscle.

It also promotes digestion and metabolism of fats.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 800mg (3/16 tsp), mix with water or juice and drink, 1-2times daily, or as directed by a physician. Taurine has a slightly sour taste.
