This Ethiopian wild Thyme grows wild in the sunny highlands of Ethiopia, has stimulating natural aroma, woody notes and rich flavor. Its taste is close to its European Thyme but much more stronger and a bit fruitier.

Used for meats, lentils, salad dressings, and and most vegan dishes. Also great for marinating meat and sautéing vegetables.
